OHP Gender Pay Reporting as of 31st March 2024.

As at the legislative ‘snapshot’ payroll date of 31st March 2024 the Partnership had 848 staff working within our service made up of 753 female and 95 male staff. Our mean gender pay gap was calculated at 28.7% and our median gap as 48.4% in terms of the average male salaries being higher than female within the workforce.
