Home Visiting Service

Our Health Partnership is proud to have been commissioned by BSOL CCG to set up and co-ordinate a home visiting service across Birmingham. The service required sites to be identified from which designated teams would work.

Within 2 weeks there are 18 home visiting teams that are operating over 12 sites. Each team has their own van and driver, IT hardware and a Co-Ordinator to ensure that they are properly equipped with PPE and that all requests for home visits are triaged appropriately.

We are proud of our team who have worked tirelessly to make this happen and of the partnership working that has taken place.

GP Team Net provides OHP practices with a clinical governance system that we use as an intragal part of our clinical governance system.
