We are looking for a Project Manager. The role will oversee the implementation of the agreed model for delivery of Extended Hours Access and Enhanced Access Direct Enhanced Services. These services form part of the
agreed contract that the PCN are signed up to deliver from 1st October 2022. Four PCNs in the south locality of Birmingham have agreed to work together and asked OHP to create a model to deliver the requirements of the DES at scale across three HUBs in this locality. Discussions are on-going with other PCNs. The role will be responsible for the delivery of all the work streams to ensure that the service is running by 1st October and responsible for the submission and delivery of any plans required.
